DARPA notice on OOCUUV study

On Jan. 21, 2016, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency announced it was seeking white papers for a study "to design and develop prototype technologies for countering adversarial [unmanned underwater vehicles] in open ocean environments, then demonstrate these prototypes at an underwater test range."
