Lockheed: One review of competition impact remains for Leidos deal

With the successful clearance of the U.S. government antitrust review, the deal to merge Lockheed Martin's IT services business with Leidos is moving closer to completion, according to Lockheed chief executive Marillyn Hewson. "The only remaining review of competition impact is in process in the United Kingdom," Hewson told analysts during an April 26 call.
