Air Force report on A-10 and close air support policy

In an April 2016 report to Congress describing ongoing close-air-support policy initiatives, the Air Force states that the Air Force Research Laboratory is working on a number of efforts to improve weapons technologies -- addressing "critical gaps" in areas such as rapid point/cue and shoot and long-range, high-speed weapons.
