Congressional task force's report on CENTCOM intel analysis of ISIL

On Aug. 11, 2016, a congressional joint task force investigating allegations of intelligence manipulation at U.S. Central Command released an initial report "detailing persistent problems in 2014 and 2015 with CENTCOM analysis of U.S. efforts to train the Iraqi Security Forces and combat the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and Syria."
