Huntington Ingalls to acquire Camber

Huntington Ingalls announced Wednesday it has agreed to acquire government services contractor Camber for $380 million. The deal is expected to close late this year, the company said. Camber, with $364 million in annual sales and 1,700 employees, specializes in "mission-based and information technology solutions," Huntington Ingalls said. The Huntsville, AL-based contractor counts the Army, Navy and intelligence agencies among its customers. The deal would expand Huntington Ingalls' services work.
