DOT&E: Challenges remain for Army's mid-tier radio

The Mid-Tier Networking Vehicular Radio continues to fall short of the Army's requirements, according to the Pentagon's director of test and evaluation. In his fiscal year 2016 annual report released Jan. 10, J. Michael Gilmore states that while the requirement for a mid-tier network has been validated, the Army needs to improve upon the MNVR.
