Wittman requests CBO conduct analysis on building 355-ship fleet

The chairman of the House seapower subcommittee has asked the Congressional Budget Office for a report on how quickly the Navy could ramp to build a 355-ship Navy and he will use the findings to frame upcoming congressional hearings.
