DISA releases solicitation for Systems Engineering, Technology and Innovation contract

The Defense Information Systems Agency has released a request for proposals that will help provide "quality engineering and technical support, services and solutions globally" while lowering costs, according to a new document posted this week on Federal Business Opportunities.
