BAE Systems, SAIC to receive incentive fee from Marines for early deliveries

CHARLESTON, SC -- The two companies competing to replace the Marine Corps' Vietnam-era amphibious vehicles will receive an incentive fee from the government for delivering prototypes early, according to a service official.
