DOD's RKV reprogramming request

In a Sept. 8, 2017, reprogramming request, the Defense Department seeks to transfer $20 million in fiscal year 2017 funds to support a classified U.S. Pacific Command Joint Emergent Operational Need related to the Redesigned Kill Vehicle program.
