DOD's small UAS, portable C2 centers reprogramming request

In a Sept. 22, 2017 reprogramming request, the Pentagon wants to shift nearly $30 million in fiscal year 2017 Air Force Overseas Contingency Operations funding to buy small unmanned aerial systems, portable command-and-control centers and other items to meet unexpected requirements.
