DOD's reprogramming request for munitions, classified programs

In a Sept. 7, 2017, reprogramming request signed by Pentagon Comptroller David Norquist, the Pentagon seeks congressional approval to shift nearly $414 million in base budget and Overseas Contingency Operations funds to an array of munitions programs and classified priorities.
