Navy information dispatch on 7th Fleet RFSAs

In an Oct. 11, 2017, Navy official information dispatch, Naval Surface Forces commander Vice Adm. Thomas Rowden directs that all surface ships undergo a "ready for sea assessment" in the wake of multiple collisions in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
