Air Force DEUCSI advanced research announcement, SOW

On Oct. 25, 2017, the Air Force announced it plans to launch a new program, Defense Experimentation Using Commercial Space Internet, that will develop "path-agnostic communications" enabled by "resilient, high-bandwidth, high-availability Air Force communications and data-sharing capabilities."
