NESC report on F/A-18, E/A-18 physiological episodes

In a December 2017 unclassified version of a classified report issued the previous September, the NASA Engineering and Safety Center assesses the Navy's physiological episode review efforts, factors that may reduce the physiological episode rate and the performance of relevant aircraft subsystems.
