SIGAR report on overhead spending

In a report released Jan. 9, 2018, the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction finds a defunct Defense Department task force spent more than half of its $675 million in contract obligations on indirect costs and overhead not directly related to development projects in the war-torn country.
