Bradley upgrade presents reliability issue

The Army's current upgrade of the Bradley fighting vehicle has yet to meet its reliability requirement, according to program officials. The Pentagon's director of operational test and evaluation report for fiscal year 2017 stated that during developmental testing, the upgraded vehicles averaged 281 miles between combat mission failures, falling short of the 400-mile threshold.
