DOD IG report on the Navy's single-award IDIQ contracts

The Feb. 1, 2018 Defense Department inspector general's report finds that Navy contracting officials failed to properly provide required documentation justifying their use of more than a dozen single-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts.
