DOD IG memo on audit of Navy, USMC backup aircraft, depot maintenance

The Jan. 18, 2018 Defense Department inspector general's memo announces a plan to begin an audit "to determine whether the Navy and Marine Corps have sufficient quantities of backup aircraft and depot maintenance float for ground combat and tactical vehicles."
