Second draft DOD JEDI cloud RFP

On April 16, 2018, the Defense Department posted a second draft request for proposals for the Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure cloud services program, along with the government's answers to 1,030 questions submitted by industry after the first draft RFP was posted the previous month.
