Army requests more than 40,000 IVAS units in FY-21

The Army wants to move the first Integrated Visual Augmentation System program into procurement in fiscal year 2021, asking for 40,219 units in its budget request. The service is gearing up to field IVAS, the service's augmented reality battlefield heads-up display , next year.
