Amentum hires Nichols

Amentum said this week it has named retired Army Maj. Gen. Camille Nichols executive vice president of project services.

"In her new role, Nichols is responsible for Amentum's contracts and procurement, ethics, information technology, security, and real estate organizations," the company said.

Nichols' previous roles include director of business operations in the Army Office of Business Transformation and commanding general of Army Contracting Command. She most recently was vice president of business operations at Fluor.
