DOD 'class deviation' memo on section 3610 reimbursement requests

The Aug. 17, 2020 Defense Department memo signed by acting Principal Director for Defense Pricing and Contracting Kim Herrington mandates that "contracting officers shall follow the guidance provided in this class deviation when reviewing and processing contractor requests for reimbursement under section 3610 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act."
