Navy: SSC program production is now 'stable' following delays, contractor issues

The Ship-to-Shore Connector program is "stable" and in "serial production" after a number of challenges have been resolved, including a redesigned gearbox, Navy spokeswoman Kathryn Bienfang told Inside Defense .
