Lockheed names Malave as CFO

Lockheed Martin announced today Jay Malave will be the company's next chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Malave most recently worked as L3Harris' senior vice president and CFO. Before that, he was CFO of United Technologies subsidiary Carrier Corp. Malave also served as vice president and CFO of UTC Aerospace Systems and head of investor relations, according to a Lockheed statement.

Malave replaces John Mollard, who served as acting CFO on an interim basis and will continue as vice president and treasurer.
