DOD's FY-22 omnibus reprogramming request

On Oct. 19, 2022 the Defense Department released the congressionally approved fiscal year 2022 omnibus reprogramming request (originally submitted on June 30, 2022) that transfers more than $2.8 billion among various accounts.
