Pentagon R&E chief's FY-25 unfunded priorities list

In a March 18, 2024 memo marked "CUI" for "controlled unclassified information," Pentagon technology chief Heidi Shyu has sent Congress an $81.5 million unfunded priorities list for fiscal year 2025.
