DOD IG report on Air Force's processes for providing supplies, equipment funded through the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative

The Sept. 18, 2925 Defense Department inspector general's report assesses "the effectiveness of the DOD’s processes for ensuring the quality and timeliness of supplies and equipment provided to the Ukrainian Armed Forces funded through the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI). This is one of two reports on the DOD’s use of USAI authorities and relates to the U.S. Air Force’s processes."
