Warren letter to NDIA on right to repair

In a Nov. 5, 2025 letter to National Defense Industrial Association President and CEO David Norquist, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) criticizes NDIA's "attempt to undermine the bipartisan effort by Congress and the Trump administration to strengthen the Department of Defense's ability to repair weapons and equipment it owns."
