DOD IG report on SECDEF's use of Signal messaging app

The Dec. 2, 2025 Defense Department inspector general's office report determines "the extent to which the secretary of defense and other DOD personnel complied with DOD policies and procedures for the use of the Signal commercial messaging application (Signal) for official business." Also includes a related IG report released the same day on non-DOD-controlled messaging systems.
