CIA to Handle Saddam Hussein's Interrogation

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld today said he has asked the CIA to oversee the interrogation of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. During a Pentagon press briefing, Rumsfeld said the U.S. military will retain custody of Hussein and may do the actual interrogation, but that the CIA will supervise how the interrogation is carried out.
