The Pentagon's top weapons buyer has decided the Army cannot spend any fiscal year 2009 money for Stryker Mobile Gun System procurement without fixing the deficiencies identified in testing and that the program will face a Defense Acquisition Board review of its progress possibly as early as the end of the calendar year.
