Lawmaker Presses Obama Administration To Send China Military Power Report

A House Republican lawmaker is pressing the Obama administration to send Congress the Pentagon's annual assessment of China's military power, a statutorily mandated report that by law must be provided to lawmakers in March but in recent years has been delivered to Capitol Hill many months later.
