DOD Plans New Multimillion-Dollar Counterterrorism Aid To Libya, Nigeria

The Defense Department will ask lawmakers to approve nearly $70 million in new counterterrorism aid for Libya, Nigeria and the Philippines, among other countries, according to an administration report to Congress.
