Air Force closely watching KC-46 boom-scraping incidents

Air Mobility Command chief Gen. Carlton Everhart told reporters Tuesday that a KC-46 boom-scraping issue -- recently characterized as a category-one deficiency -- could delay initial deliveries of the new tanker.
