Army Investigates Chinook's Failure to Dodge Missile

The Army will spend the next three to four months piecing together a detailed account of how one of its CH-47 Chinook helicopters, equipped with a sophisticated suite of missile-warning technology, was unable to evade a missile shot from the ground in Iraq.
