Austal president: 'Congress makes the ultimate decision' on LCS buy

The president of one of the shipbuilders on the embattled Littoral Combat Ship program is hoping lawmakers will reverse cuts ordered by Defense Secretary Ashton Carter late last year and restore plans to build 52 ships.
