Coast Guard commandant stresses importance of icebreaker, frets about impact of CR

The Coast Guard needs to accelerate the delivery of its heavy icebreakers, commandant Adm. Paul Zukunft said, noting that while there is the required fiscal year 2017 funding to achieve these goals, the existing continuing resolution could impact these efforts.
