DISA to Announce New 'Bold Stroke' Plan for Messaging System

As early as this week, the Defense Information Systems Agency will unveil a plan that will allow the Pentagon to declare the next version of the Defense Messaging System operational earlier than expected. According to documents, DISA has formulated a new DMS concept called "Bold Stroke," which is intended to clarify the roles of DMS high-grade and medium-grade service.
