DOD cancels DSB summer study on nuclear deterrence due to posture review

The Pentagon recently canceled a Defense Science Board study examining nuclear deterrence due to an upcoming review on the same issue, according to a Defense Department spokesman. "In light of the upcoming Nuclear Posture Review, and with congressional agreement, senior leadership in the Department of Defense canceled the DSB's nuclear deterrence summer study," spokesman Lt.
