DOD's innovation accelerator plans continued expansion through FY-18

The new director of MD5, the Defense Department organization tasked with fostering civil-military relationships and innovation, sees his program continuing to grow its education offerings, expand its geographic reach and embark on more technology acceleration initiatives after securing the backing of Congressional appropriators.
