'Hacking for Defense' university program gets $15 million endorsement in House bill

The House's version of the annual defense policy bill includes a provision authorizing the Defense Department to expand a program that introduces university students to some of the Pentagon's most pressing problems. Lawmakers adopted an amendment introduced by Rep.
