House Authorizers Agree to Provide $100 Million in FCS Termination Costs

After reaching an agreement last night, the House Armed Services Committee has decided to provide $100 million for contract termination costs for the canceled manned ground vehicle portion of the Future Combat Systems program, according to a congressional source. Speaking today at the House Armed Services Committee mark-up of the fiscal year 2010 defense budget request, Rep.
