JFCOM Devises Solutions to Lessons Learned from Iraq, War on Terror

U.S. Joint Forces Command is expected next month to propose solutions to problems uncovered during the war in Iraq, as well as other anti-terrorist efforts, according to sources and documents. In an Oct. 31, 2003, memo , Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard Myers tasked JFCOM to propose "materiel and non-materiel approaches addressing the lessons" to the Joint Requirements Oversight Council.
