Lawmakers Frustrated by Lack of Information on Fate of Joint Cargo Aircraft Program

Despite a report this week suggesting the Pentagon may end the Army's involvement in the Joint Cargo Aircraft program, service officials told frustrated lawmakers today that nothing about the service's requirement for the program has changed -- but declined to provide further details.
