Lockheed wins up to $485M to supply advanced sensors to DOD, foreign customers

The Air Force has awarded Lockheed Martin up to $485 million to manufacture and upgrade airborne sensor systems that provide advanced detection capabilities for U.S. and international customers. These systems are the Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod (ATP), Infrared Search and Track (IRST21) and Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN), which have all been deployed on a variety of aircraft.
