Senate appropriators concerned with near-term requirements of ABMS

In a report accompanying its fiscal year 2020 defense spending bill , the Senate Appropriations Committee is raising issues with the ongoing initial development of the Air Force's Advanced Battle Management System. The committee said it "is concerned with the near-term requirements of the first phase, given disconnects between the Air Force's congressional reports on ABMS and the fiscal year 2020 budget request."
