SOCOM chief worries about future OCO funding

U.S. Special Operations Command is heavily dependent upon funding in the Overseas Contingency Operations account, and would be negatively impacted if OCO were to vanish without moving those dollars into the base budget, the command's chief told lawmakers Tuesday.
