STRATCOM refining SAR requirements after ORS rapid feasibility review

U.S. Strategic Command wants to take more time to define its requirements for a small synthetic aperture radar capability after an Operationally Responsive Space study found that "feasible and relevant solutions" exist to meet the urgent operational need.
