USAF global strike commander says Arsenal Plane may be a clean-sheet platform

The commander of Air Force Global Strike Command said this week he thinks a clean-sheet Arsenal Plane platform may better meet the service's need for long-range strike capabilities than repurposing existing cargo or bomber platforms, as the service has discussed in the past.
